You can request a refund or exchange by emailing liveinthemovement@gmail.com if an item that you purchased:
- was not of acceptable quality
- was not fit for its intended use
- did not meet the description provided (e.g. we sent you a 'medium' T-shirt instead of 'small')
If you change your mind (e.g. you would like a different size/colour) you can request an exchange by emailing liveinthemovement@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. You will need to pay for the shipping costs for 'change of mind' exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you need to provide proof of purchase and the item should not be damaged.
